Over the past thirty years, Feida has been developing at a high speed. Now it has 30,000 square meters of workshop ,many advanced CNC production equipment and precision measure equipment.


The advanced cnc production equipment include CNC lathes, machining centers, milling, drilling, grinding,EDM wire cutting machines, etc,and the precision measure equipment include mechanical test machines, material analysis spectrometers, coordinate measuring machines (CMMs), roughness testers, hardness testers, etc.


Our cnc machining parts are produced using a subtractive process, where  digital instructions of CNC machines guide cutting tools to remove steel,aluminum,brass,or other metals from a solid workpiece,and the precision  tolerances of these parts can reach  ± 0.005mm.


These subtractive processes mainly include CNC milling,CNC turning,CNC grinding, wire  EDM cutting,etc.In addition,various of surface treatments like electroplating,anodic oxidation: clear anodized, color anodized , blackening, phosphating, QPQ,painting ,powder-coating, sand blasting,etc. are available in our factory.
