The common material used for these products is low-alloy carburizing steels(e.g., 20CrMnTi,SCM415),which has excellent load-carrying capacity and wear resistance and is suitable for high-speed, and heavy-load applications.By carburizing+quenching+tempering, it achieves a hardness of HRC58-62.

Compared to spur gears ,helical gears have distinct characteristics :

2. Mesh smoothly and quietly,reducing noise and vibration.
