Customized Internal Gears

As core components in the planetary gear transmission system,Feida’s internal gears have teeth cut on the inner circumference of ring-shaped bodys and  achieve power transmission, speed regulation and change of rotation direction through internal meshing with planetary gears,whose basic structure includes gear body,internal teeth and mounting features. Our Internal Gears series includes products such as Plastic Internal Gears and Metal Internal Gears.

These products offer significant benefits ,including compact designs and high load capacity,large speed reduction ratio,smooth operation and low noise,good coaxiality,and high efficiency.

Material selection is determined by service conditions (load type, rotational speed, impact level, and corrosive environment), and the appropriate heat treatment process is then selected based on the chosen material.

1. Carburising steel(e.g.,20CrMnTi) with carburising and quenching for heavy load,high impact,and large module.

2. 42Cr or 42CrMo with quenching and tempering +nitriding for balanced load and distortion control

For manufacturing internal gears, the common methods include gear shaping,and broaching and wire EDM.

The internal gears will be find in various large and critical machinery,including automatic transmission ,hybrid drive couplings,differentials ,industrial machinery,heavy equipment ,aircaft engine accessory drives ,etc.
