High-Performance Shafts for Industrial Applications

Established in 1988,Feida Machiney factory has been focusing on manufacturing of a varity of mechanical transmission components.

This article will introduce briefly two main types of our shafts.

Gear shafts are critical components in various machinery and equipment,which integrate the functions of a gear  and a shaft into a single unit,enabling them to be more compact, efficient in transmission,and reliable.At one end or in the middle of them, there are gear teeth which are used for meshing transmission. At the same time, they serve as a rotating shaft, supporting and driving other components to rotate.

Spline shafts have  series of ridges or grooves (called splines) along their length and can feature either internal or external splines. These splines interlock with corresponding grooves in a mating component.A prominent feature of them is that while transmitting rotational torgue,the mating component(hub) can slide axially along the shaft.This feature makes them ideal for applications such as gearboxes and clutches.
