Our History

Jinjiang Feida Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded in 1988 and located in Jinjiang City, Fujian Province, China. During more than 30 years’ development, the company has kept focusing on the design, manufacturing and sales of mechanical transmission components (gears, worms, gear racks, spline shafts, etc.) , OEM machining parts, sheet metal parts, forging parts, and customized gear reducers.

Feida has always adhered to the core values of "the most reliable quality and the best service", and continued to improve and optimize ourselves. Now Feida has become a professional and steady growing mechanical parts manufacturing enterprise.

Our Factory

The total area of the whole factory is about 45,000 square meters, and the workshop is around 30,000 square meters, including the gear work shop, the CNC processing work shop, the sheet metal processing work shop, and the forging work shop. There are more than 150 employees in total, including more than 20 technical staff and QC inspectors respectively.

● Mechanical transmission components can be applied to engineering machinery, construction machinery, heavy trucks, agricultural machinery, industrial elevators, and other types of machinery.
● OEM machining parts and sheet metal parts are suitable for automation equipment, terminal equipment, and electrical equipment.
● Forging parts can be used as blanks for machining irregular parts.
● Customized gear reducers can be applied to electrical vehicles.

Feida insists on upgrading processing and measurement equipment to keep up with the development of industry, and has many high efficiency processing machines, forging machines, high precision measuring equipment and multi-functional heat treatment machines.

High-efficiency processing machines such as gear grinders, NC hobbing machines,NC gear shapers,NC lathes,NC grinding machines,and CNC machining centers are available, along with TRUMPF laser cutting, stamping, and bending equipment.

Forging machines include different-ton electric screw presses, friction presses, and ring rolling mills.

High precision measuring equipment includes gear measuring equipment, mechanical test machines, material analysis spectrometers, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and optical comparators.
