Spiral Bevel Gears

The spiral pattern design allows the gears to have smoother operation,lower noise,and higher load-bearing capacity.

Key design parameters of these products include module, gear ratio, sprial angle, pressure angle, and tooth surface modification, and common materials of these products are c45#, 40Cr, 20CrMnTi, 20CrMoH, etc.

Core machining for these products is that milling on 5-axis cnc machine tools. Besides, We also can do vairous heat treatments to enhance the perforemance of spiral bevel gears, including quenching & tempering, carburizing & quenching, high-frequency hardening, carbonitriding, nitriding, etc.
