CNC Turning from Feida Machinery factory ‌is a mechanical processing technique that cuts a rotating workpiece with a turning tool. It belongs to lathe processing and is mainly used for processing rotating parts such as shafts, discs, and sleeves.

Its core principle is that the ‌workpiece rotates as the main motion, and the turning tool performs the feed motion ‌. During processing, the workpiece is installed on the lathe spindle or fixture and rotates, while the turning tool moves in a direction parallel to, perpendicular to the workpiece's axis or at a certain Angle, thereby removing the material and forming the required shape and size. This process ‌ can process inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, end faces, conical surfaces, threads and various formed rotary surfaces ‌. In addition to using turning tools, on a lathe, drill bits, reamers, reamers and other tools can also be used for drilling, reaming and other operations.
