Metal Helical Gears

The teeth of the metal helical gears from Feida Machiney factory are at an angle to the gear’s axis, resulting in a gradual engagement and disengagement of the teeth as the gears rotate. This design feature allows for smoother ,quieter operation ,high speed and higher load-bearing capacity.

Their core parameters include normal module,helix angle and normal pressure angle.For proper meshing,two helical gears must have the same module,pressure angle,and helix angle,but opposite hands(one left-hand,one right-hand).

We can process a variety of metal materials,such as steel,aluminum brass,etc.The precision grade of our steel,brass helical gears is up to ISO/DIN 5-10 level.
