Sheet metal bending offered by Feida Machinery factory is a process that bends and shapes metal sheets through pressure equipment and molds,whose types include V-bending,Bottoming,Coining,Air Bending,Roll Bending,Wipe Bending, and Rotary Bending.

V-bending ,the most common method,employs an instrument known as the punch and v-die to bend sheet metals at desired angles.It includes three common types:Bottoming,Coining,and Air Bending.

Wipe bending is commonly used to bend the edges of the sheet metal.

Rotary bending is advantageous as it doesn’t cause scratches on the sheet surface like wipe bending and V-bending do. Moreover, This process is beneficial as it can bend the sheet metal into sharp corners.

Rolls bending is best option for producing curved shapes or rolls.

Sheet metal bending is often preferred over techniques like welding because it improves the material’s strength without the need for additional joints or supports. This makes it a cost-effective and efficient choice for forming strong, durable products.In addition, It can be combined with other metal fabrication techniques, such as cutting, welding, and fastening, to produce fully assembled components efficiently.
